Now that Pubs Comm has ended (for now) and mugging has started, my room in hall, in the past 12 hours, went from neat to looking like it had been hit by the bomb.

Then again, certain females in my anatomy group will dispute the fact that my room was ever neat in the first place heheheh. Still hey, its not that bad! (Ok now it is).

To cap it all off, I've lost my guitar pick! When I lent my guitar to Shawn Lim aka he-who-thinks-my-name-is-Jeremy, I put the pick in my pocket, and now its gone (Don't worry I won't make any pick-pocket-puns). Dunno where I left it. Arghz.

Anyway, yesterday's Sunday Times about how girls expect guys to do this and that and everything else for them was really funny hahaa cos it was stuff that my sister kept reminding me to do next time when and if I ever got a girlfriend. But then again, if my girlfriend ever asks me to help her carry a pink furry handbag, I think I'll be able to make that a defining moment in my life. Yow. Holding doors open is natural, seeing your date home is natural, but carrying a girl-thing which defines a girl!? That's a bit scary.

My take is that, handbags for girls are supposed to be just for the essentials are they not? Girls carry all their stuff in their handbags, while guys, not being encumbered by having to wear dresses/skirts, carry all THEIR essential stuff in their numerous pockets. By essential stuff I mean, say, a wallet, handphone, MP3, pencil case (yes, when I was in JC I could fit all this into my pockets AND still run from one end of school to the other). If my girlfriend ever wanted me to carry her handbag, I would respectfully request her to put everything else that's excess to this in another non-descript (and non-pink, non-furry) bag which I would very willingly carry.

Then again, sometimes respectful requests don't work x) I don't mind carrying a load, just that I would prefer that the load is not encapsulated by a pink furry parietal layer... It comes under the same thing that a few of my friends found it rather hilarious that I used to use a pink blanket in hall (cos there was no other adequate thermal covering at home). Then again, I can probably be bullied to carry almost anything =/

Haha I may or may not die for this post but oh well, that's what comes of study histo first thing in the morning =D
