OH MY GOODNESS!! Sun and ZiXian used to be from St. John! And the latter even was in Zone 2 also (Loyang)!! Ahhh!! Ok i'm shocked... haha... but also kinda pleased that there are two SJ-ers in FM... so interesting I never knew...

CNY celebration today.... I remember the blog post I wrote about CNY last year... Again, the comments are similar... For myself, I think Wushu and ICS were the best performances (again!) although dance n CO were a close second... The fashion parade was... weirdd.... but the Phoenix one was quite amusing.... Hair is hairy... right... thats so me...

Lion dance... I like the camera angle =D

CO performance... The second guy from the left playing the black drum happens to be Keefe.

A greeting card left on the noticeboard by Charlene from Fencing... It reads "To VJ Fencing: Have a great Chinese New Year ahead..." among other things....

As mentioned last year again, the mass dance was anticipated, and like last year, we formed our circle darn quickly...the difference was that this year we knew how to do friendship dance.. Oh yes, can anyone remember what we were doing the day BEFORE celebrations last year? I can... =D

Didn't go back to AH.... why, I can't say for sure... maybe cos I go back so often already... n many of the teachers I know have left n all...

Went to Cineleisure with my classmates... The first time in how long we've had a class outing on such a large scale... Slept through almost the whole bus journey there lor....

Dory trying to reassemble Xunai's half eaten chicken rice for Keefe, who insisted that "I will not eat it unless the skin is on the chicken". For the record, he didn't =D

We watched "Memoirs of a Geisha"... hmmm ok I suppose... Nothing much to comment, but I think the music was nice... N as ChuaH n I agreed, the way the protegenist went about, she was really "asking for it".

Rushed off too fast for my liking after the movie (I reached the MRT station in 7 minutes!) and on to Dover to meet Maurice, as well as a few SMU people (we didn't meet them. We ran into them). We then proceeded to spend 1 1/2 hours waiting for a taxi. Persistently none would stop to pick us up...

To attract attention, Maurice, Eldon and I even tried dancing Whiney Whiney by the side of the road (using my handphone for music) but it didn't work either. Walked there instead...

BBQ was fun! A lot of people were there... VJ, CJ, RJ, SMU, ITE, and of course all the independant FM fencers.... No one got thrown into the pool, though Jeri was quite high throughout the whole thing...

Jeri giving her "save the animals!" a la Finding Nemo (Fish are friends, not food) speech. I told you she was high... hahaa...

Through a series of complications, unfortunately our fire went out n couldn't reignite till 10, so we ended up eating quite late! Alrighttt....

Anyway Maurice and I caught a cab back to Kembangan from Dover... cost us a pretty penny... Caused me my blood pressure too... The feller was going sooo fast!!! His needle was hovering around 100 lor... I was thinking "Please let his tyres be inflated properly, cos if one bursts we're gonna die".

Obviously, I didn't, cos I'm writing this now.

Oh yes... not only I don't have to run on wed, but I got an FA post at the turning points of the routes.... a location where not many people are expected to get hurt... This means though, that I have to cover the entirety of the route on the coastal side of the ECP with my stretcher. Running with a stretcher ain't gonna be funny (and they did have to use it a few times last year!)

Seriously, I wouldn't mind running though... though I flatter myself to think that I run fast, but I think running would be more fun than doing first aid...

Alright then... happy CNY all! Goodnight!
